This Reworked Premium High-Efficiency Amana (HEC123J35AXXX) PTAC unit is the perfect choice for heating and cooling your hotel room or other contained space. After the installation of an External Thermostat, it is simple for guests to set the perfect temperature to ensure their comfort level. The 12K BTU unit features Resistive Electric Heat Only for heating cold air. This unit needs 208/230V and 20A of electricity to work.
