It features easy-to-use Digital Controls, making it simple for guests to set the perfect temperature to ensure their comfort level. The 12K BTU unit features Resistive Electric Heat for heating cold air. This unit needs 208/230V and 20A of electricity to work.
Open-Box Reworked PTAC units are guaranteed to be less than 3 years old. Open-Box units are in near-new condition, showing no cosmetic flaws, corrosion, or damage of any kind.
Premium Reworked PTAC units are also guaranteed to be under 3 years old. They are in overall good condition but may display minor cosmetic issues such as light coil wear, small areas of corrosion, or superficial scratches.
Standard Reworked PTAC units function reliably but may include coil wear, limited corrosion, or cosmetic imperfections such as surface damage that does not affect the structure or performance.
