This Reworked Standard Friedrich PTAC unit is the perfect choice for heating and cooling your hotel room or other contained space. It features easy-to-use Digital Controls, making it simple for guests to set the perfect temperature to ensure their comfort level. The 12K BTU unit features Heat Pump for heating cold air. This unit needs 265/277V and 20A of electricity to work.

Open-Box Reworked PTAC units are guaranteed to be less than 3 years old. Open-Box units are in near-new condition, showing no cosmetic flaws, corrosion, or damage of any kind.
Premium Reworked PTAC units are also guaranteed to be under 3 years old. They are in overall good condition but may display minor cosmetic issues such as light coil wear, small areas of corrosion, or superficial scratches.
