Premium reworked PTAC units are our "like-new" units and are less than 3 years old. They are in great physical condition without any cosmetic blemishes or coil corrosion. All reworked PTACs have gone through vigorous testing and are backed by our standard 6 month warranty.
Open-Box Reworked PTAC units are guaranteed to be less than 3 years old. Open-Box units are in near-new condition, showing no cosmetic flaws, corrosion, or damage of any kind.
Premium Reworked PTAC units are also guaranteed to be under 3 years old. They are in overall good condition but may display minor cosmetic issues such as light coil wear, small areas of corrosion, or superficial scratches.
Standard Reworked PTAC units function reliably but may include coil wear, limited corrosion, or cosmetic imperfections such as surface damage that does not affect the structure or performance.
